Theories and empirical research

Confucianism is a learn and theory of relationships specially within hierarchies.[21] Social harmonyâthe important goal of Confucianismâresults partly from every person realizing his or her situation within the social order, and taking part in his or her section well. Distinctive duties come up from each and every man or woman’s specific situation in terms of others. Juniors are regarded in Confucianism to owe their seniors reverence and seniors have obligations of benevolence and hindrance toward juniors. A center of attention on mutuality is regular in East Asian cultures to this day.
