You can sign in with your Gmail account in a single click. Thanks to the Google OAuth system, your account is automatically created without filling out additional forms.
Phone verification is required to prevent fake accounts and spam listings. After entering the SMS code sent to your mobile number, you gain the right to publish listings. This system increases overall platform security.
A Token is a digital usage right required to publish listings or access premium features. Listing publication operates through the Token system.
Yes. When you verify your phone number for the first time, 5 complimentary Tokens valid for 30 days are credited to your account. This allows you to publish your first listing free of charge.
The validity of Tokens is linked to the premium membership duration. When the premium period expires, unused Tokens may automatically become invalid or be removed. Users are advised to use their Tokens before expiration.
Created listings are reviewed by automated systems and, when necessary, by administrators to ensure compliance with platform rules and legal standards. Listings that meet the requirements are published.
Listings may be rejected or removed if misleading content, incorrect categorization, copyright violations, illegal products, or violations of platform rules are detected.
ReBALKAN’s AI-powered system can automatically translate your listing into the available platform languages. This allows your listing to reach a wider audience.
ReBALKAN acts as a digital intermediary platform between buyers and sellers. Payment and delivery processes are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. The platform does not provide direct payment or shipping services.
By logging into your account, you can edit, deactivate, or completely remove your listings. All listing management actions are available in your user panel.
