These Terms of Service govern the use of the ReBALKAN platform. Any natural or legal person accessing or registering on the platform shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Platform" refers to the ReBALKAN website and related digital services.

1.2 "User" refers to any natural or legal person accessing or registering on the platform.

1.3 "Advertiser" refers to the user publishing listings on the platform.

1.4 "Service" refers to listing publication, listing display, and digital showcase services.

1.5 "Token" refers to the digital usage right required to publish listings or access premium services.

2. Subject Matter and Acceptance

2.1 Any user accessing or using the platform shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2.2 Users who do not agree with these Terms must refrain from using the platform.

2.3 ReBALKAN reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally.

3. Legal Status of the Platform

3.1 ReBALKAN operates as a digital intermediary platform.

3.2 The platform is not a party to contracts concluded between buyers and sellers.

3.3 Product/service quality, delivery, payment, and related obligations are solely the responsibility of the relevant parties.

3.4 The platform does not provide cargo or delivery services.

4. Membership and Account Conditions

4.1 The platform may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

4.2 Phone verification is mandatory in order to publish listings.

4.3 Users declare that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

4.4 Accounts identified as fraudulent may be suspended or terminated.

4.5 Accounts are non-transferable.

5. Listing Rules

5.1 Misleading, incomplete, or false content is prohibited.

5.2 Multiple listings for the same product or service are not allowed.

5.3 Listings for illegal goods or services are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Content infringing intellectual property rights is prohibited.

5.5 More than one vehicle or property may not be listed within a single advertisement.

5.6 The platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules.

6. Token and Payment System

6.1 Listing publication and certain premium services operate through a Token system.

6.2 Tokens may be subject to payment.

6.3 Newly registered users may receive complimentary starter Tokens upon phone verification.

6.4 Used Tokens are non-refundable.

6.5 The platform reserves the right to modify pricing and promotional conditions.

6.6 The validity period of Tokens is linked to the user’s premium membership duration. Upon expiration of the premium period, any unused Tokens may automatically become invalid and may be removed. Users are responsible for using available Tokens before the premium period ends.

7. Content License and Translation

7.1 Users declare that they hold the necessary rights to the content they upload.

7.2 Users grant the platform the right to publish and technically modify the content.

7.3 Content may be translated into multiple languages.

7.4 The platform shall not be held liable for discrepancies resulting from automated translations.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

8.1 The platform may edit, suspend, or remove listings where necessary.

8.2 Repeated violations may result in account termination.

8.3 Information may be shared with official authorities upon lawful request.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The platform is provided "as is".

9.2 Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

9.3 The platform shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

9.4 The platform shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party service providers.

10. Privacy

10.1 The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

11. Amendments

11.1 ReBALKAN reserves the right to amend these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Macedonia.

12.2 The competent courts of Skopje shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
