1. One-Click Account Creation : When you sign in for the first time using your Gmail account, your profile is automatically created through the Google OAuth system. No lengthy registration forms are required. ReBALKAN ensures a smooth and fast onboarding experience.

2. Phone Number Verification : To maintain platform integrity and prevent fake accounts, phone verification is mandatory. After entering the SMS code sent to your mobile number, you gain the right to publish listings. This system helps reduce spam and fraudulent activity.

3. Complimentary Premium & Token System : Listing publication operates through a Token system. After verifying your phone number for the first time, 5 complimentary Tokens valid for 30 days are credited to your account. This allows real users to publish their first listings free of charge. When the premium period expires, unused Tokens may be reset; therefore, users are encouraged to use their Tokens before expiration.

4. Create Your Listing : After selecting the appropriate category, you can enter your listing details including title, description, price, and images. The platform’s AI-powered system automatically translates your listing into available languages, allowing multilingual publication without additional effort.

5. Listing Review and Approval : Listings are subject to automated checks and, when necessary, administrative review to ensure compliance with platform rules and applicable legal standards. Listings that meet the requirements are published.

6. Global Reach Through Multilingual Publishing : Your listing is not limited to your local market. Thanks to the multilingual publishing infrastructure, your content can reach international buyers, increasing visibility across the Balkan region and beyond.

7. Secure Communication : Interested users may contact you directly. ReBALKAN acts as a digital intermediary platform. Payment and delivery arrangements remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

8. Manage Your Listings : You can log into your account to edit, deactivate, or remove your listings at any time. Your premium status and Token balance are displayed within your account panel.
